Next, take some oil and make it warm by rubbing the oil with the hands. This can then be spread on the feet from toe to heel, downwards. The feet should then be pulled towards the chest and the heel should be moved away gently.
This gentle twisting can be done three times. Next the foot’s sole must be taken into consideration. The knuckles must be placed on the sole, and the feet must be twisted gently accordingly. This will help the entire foot get relieved from any stress it is going through. The toes have pads, and the thumbs must be laid on them and rotated smoothly for good effect. The ankles must be rotated gently, and then the movement must be moved towards the toes. Now that you have moved towards the toes, each one of them should be pulled and massaged so that you feel comfortable. The twists for each foot have to be repeated, and the pressure on that must be light so that you feel comfortable once again. These can be repeated for as long as you wish, as long as they are done in the right manner.
